IHC special bench hearing missing persons cases dissolved

Islamabad: The special bench hearing the cases of missing persons in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been dissolved.

The special bench headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was hearing the cases of missing persons, which also included Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Tariq Jahangiri.

However, now Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has excused himself from sitting in the bench, due to which the special bench has been dissolved.

In this regard, the head of the bench, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, said that Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has separated from the bench, and the file for the reconstitution of the bench has been sent to the acting Chief Justice of the IHC.
