Woman's friend raped her in hotel room and tortured her when she resisted

New Delhi: In Modi's India, local women as well as foreign women have been raped.
According to the report, a British woman was recently raped twice in the southwestern area of the Indian city of New Delhi, which has brought shame to the Modi government's India around the world.
According to Indian media, the British woman was raped once by her friend and the second time in an elevator.
Indian authorities said that the British woman had become friends with an Indian citizen on social media and she had come to India to meet him. The woman's friend raped her in a hotel room and tortured her when she resisted.
According to the British woman, when she boarded the elevator to reach the hotel reception to report the incident, a man in the elevator also raped her. The police arrested the woman's friend on charges of rape.
It is pertinent to note that earlier, a similar incident had also taken place in the Indian state of Karnataka when a 27-year-old Israeli woman tourist was allegedly gang-raped by three men.
