Govt announces holidays from Feb 6 to 9

Islamabad: Federal Ministry of Education and provincial governments have announced holidays from February 6 to 9 amid the upcoming general elections ahead on February 8.

According to the details, there will be 9 days holiday in educational institutions across the country, Kashmir Day holiday on 5th February, Saturday and Sunday holiday on 3rd and 4th February.

Similarly, after February 9, there will be Saturday and Sunday holidays on February 10 and 11 and thus educational institutions will be practically closed for 9 days.
