The PTI chairman said his party and the country's armed forces are only "keeping Pakistan together"

Jhelum: PTI Chairman Imran Khan made it clear that Pakistan’s decisions would be made by Pakistanis and not by imported government.
“My country has decided that imported government is not acceptable," he said while addressing the charged activists who gathered at Jhelum.
“Jhelum I salute you for this love and passion,” Khan told his supporters as he has been addressing a series of public meetings after being ousted as the prime minister.
Addressing the gathering, he said the ideological leader of this nation Allama Muhammad Iqbal tried to awaken the slave nation through his poetry. "O Allah, we do not bow down to anyone except You."
Referring to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, he said when "cherry blossom" was imposed, the nation woke up.
He said Nawaz Sharif and Maryam called army bad, while Shehbaz Sharif polished boots, adding Shehbaz Sharif in his speech yesterday said that he [Imran Khan] was talking against the army.
Khan declared Shehbaz Sharif as Mir Jafar, saying the British elevated Mir Jafar as a reward for treason, while Shehbaz Sharif was also made the prime minister for comitting treason.
Challenging PPP's Asif Zardari, Khan said he was going to Sindh to liberate it from him (Zardari).
The former prime minister said his party and the country's armed forces were the two things "keeping Pakistan together". "Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz are speaking against the army, not me."
Khan said he referred to PM Shehbaz as Mir Jaffar and not the army. "The British had awarded Mir Jaffar for his betrayal, just like the Americans have rewarded you."
Berating the PML-N leaders, the ex-prime minister said during his tenure, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi did "not dare" to speak against Pakistan's army.
He alleged that India had set up 600 media houses which were being used to wage propaganda against Pakistan, particularly against the army and himself.
Later, the PTI chairman thanked his supporters, for what he said was a "record turnout" for the Jhelum power show.
