Naeem Panjhota demands immediate decision of Toshakhana case

Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan's lawyer Naeem Panjotha demanded an immediate decision Imran’s suspension of sentence in Toshakhana case.

According to details, Chairman PTI's lawyer Naeem Panjotha stated that there is no mention of issuing a notice under section 426 on the request for suspension of sentence in Toshakhana case, why did Islamabad High Court (IHC) issue a notice again?

Naeem Panjotha said: “If the notice has been issued, why did they issue a long notice again for calling for records? Why did the High Court give more time for two days even though the hearing was fixed”?

Imran Khan's lawyer added that Toshakhana case is being deliberately delayed and an immediate decision should be given. Law and justice are being killed and the constitution has been suspended in this case.
