London: British Airways has taken the decision to suspend its flight operations to Israel for a period of three weeks.

In the wake of escalating tensions, France had also declared the suspension of its flight operations to Israel.

Previously, British Airways diverted one of its planes, just moments before landing in Tel Aviv, due to security concerns.
