Edinburgh: The First Minister of Scotland, Hamza Yusuf, has announced to give shelter to the people of Gaza.

According to foreign media, Hamza Yusuf, speaking at the annual meeting of the Scottish National Party, said that wherever possible, they will treat the injured children, women and men.

He added that in the past, the people of Scotland had opened their hearts and homes to refugees.

Scotland's First Minister Hamza Yusuf continued to say that in the past, asylum seekers included people from many countries, including Syria and Ukraine.

It is pertinent to note that the Israeli army has martyred more than 800 Palestinians in the latest attack on the hospital in Gaza.

Five relatives of Scottish First Minister Hamza Yusuf's wife Nadia Al-Nakhla have also been injured in tragic destruction continues in Gaza due to Israeli aggression against Palestinians.

The British Pakistani Prime Minister's wife said that her relatives, including a young man, were injured by drone strikes in Gaza.

Nadia al-Nakhla told British radio that her mother had to remove the drone fragment from the child's body herself because Gaza's hospitals are only able to treat the most serious injuries.

Nadia Al-Nakhla is also the councilor of SNP, while addressing the party's conference, she further said: “Instead of sending spy planes, the British government should send essential goods to Palestine”.

On the other hand, the Scottish Nationalist Party's Aberdeen conference passed a unanimous resolution calling on the British government to support the UN's call for a humanitarian corridor for aid in Gaza.
