Advocate Faisal Chaudhary says they have filed in the sessions court seeking directives for the authorities concerned regarding production of Fawad Chaudhary before it and his release.

Islamabad: An application has been moved to a local court in the federal capital seeking directives to the relevant authorities to produce Fawad Chaudhary before the court.
Advocate Faisal Chauhdary, the brother of Fawad Chaudhary, filed the petition in the sessions court arguing that Fawad Chaudhry should be released from what is believed to be an unlawful detention and custody.
The incident in question occurred when a group of individuals, including legal practitioners and law enforcement officers, appeared at the scene around 12 o'clock.
It is important to note that Fawad Chaudhry was not the subject of any ongoing investigation or legal case, yet he was reportedly taken into custody under questionable circumstances.
Taking to X, Hiba Wafa, the wife of Fawad Chaudhary, confirmed arrest of her husband from Islamabad residence. She expressed concerns that Fawad was shifted to some unknown place.
