Washington DC: The House of Democrats recently uncovered that the former US president Donald Trump stole $7.8 million from overseas governments during his tenure.

Democrats released a report in which they highlighted those payments that are helping hand in trump’s businesses during his presidency from 20 foreign governments. According to the report, China tops the list with other countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, India, and Afghanistan in making payments.

A leading member of the oversight Committee named Jamie Raskin said: “This income came from some of the world’s most shady tyranny which personally benefitted Trump while he made crucial foreign policy decisions”.

Raskin stated that these payments encroached the Constitution’s foreign policy which clearly stated that during presidency you cannot make any payments or gifts from foreign governments.

The report also highlighted that Saudi Arabia made $615,400 payments at Trump’s assets while he made a deal of $100 billion in 2017.

The presidential campaign of former US president for 2024 elections has not commented on these accusations.
