In the meeting, the former Naval Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi will be approved to receive a foreign award.


Islamabad: Prime Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif Thursday called a meeting of the federal cabinet, the six-point agenda will be considered in the meeting.
The meeting of the federal cabinet will be held today at 11:00am in the Prime Minister House. The six-point agenda of the meeting includes the resignation of the president SME Bank Tahir Hussain and the appointment of the new president and the approval of economic policy statement to be presented in the National Assembly.
In the meeting, the former Naval Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi will be approved to receive a foreign award. The formation of an inquiry commission regarding the torture of Shehbaz Shabbir in police custody and the appointment of members of the National Commission for Women will also be approved.
