23 terrorists killed in three operations of security forces in KP
According to ISPR, 23 terrorists were killed in the operations of the security forces while five officers also lost their lives.

Rawalpindi: 23 terrorists were killed in various operations of security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while five security officers also lost their lives in the encounter with the terrorists.
According to Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces conducted three separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and effectively located the hideouts of terrorists.
According to ISPR, 23 terrorists were killed in the operations of the security forces while five officers also lost their lives while protecting the motherland.
ISPR stated that on May 26, an operation was conducted in Hassan Khel area of Peshawar, in which six terrorists were killed and their hideouts were destroyed.
It was also informed by the ISPR that an operation was conducted in District Tank on May 27 in which 10 terrorists were killed.
During the intense exchange of fire in Khyber district, five brave military officers were martyred, identified as Naik Mohammad Ashfaq Butt, Lance Naik Syed Danish Afkar, Sepoy Taimur Malik, Sepoy Nadir Sagheer and Mohammad Yasin.
According to the Public Relations Department, a large amount of arms, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the possession of the dead terrorists.
