Islamabad: A contempt of court petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for denying access to PTI founder Imran Khan.
Faisal Farid Chaudhary, a member of PTI's legal team, submitted the petition, urging the court to initiate contempt proceedings against the superintendent of Adiala Jail for defying court orders.
The petition highlights that the court had permitted meetings between Imran Khan and his lawyers on September 6, but since October 3, these meetings have been prohibited.
The petition also names the Punjab Home Secretary and the Jail Superintendent as respondents.
