Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz received gifts


Islamabad: The Cabinet Division has released the Toshakhana record from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
In the first half of the calendar year 2025, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, President Asif Ali Zardari, the Chief of Army Staff, Air Chief, and Chief of Naval Staff also received gifts.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz received gifts. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema are also part of the list of recipients of gifts.
Chief of General Staff Syed Amir Raza, Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz, Chairman NAB Lt. Gen. Retired Nazir Ahmed, Minister for Commerce, and Secretary Commerce also received gifts.
Malik Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Rifaat Mukhtar Raja, and Wahab Riaz received gifts. Zain Asim and Usman Bajwa are also among the recipients of gifts.
Tariq Fatemi and Khawaja Imran Nazir are among the other personalities on the list. Most of the gifts to Pakistani officials and personalities were given by foreign high-ranking government officials and others.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan gifted a shield to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Rashid Langrial also gifted a shield to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
In the first six months of the year 2025, the gifts included decoration pieces, watches, and electric vehicles. In the same period, gifts of ready-made carpets and bed sheets were also received. The gifts included prayer mats, tablecloths, coffee sets, tea sets, and ties.
During this period, the recipients deposited all the gifts in the Toshakhana. The Cabinet Division is estimating the gifts received. The process is also underway.
Previously, the Shehbaz government had made public the Toshakhana records from 2002 to December 31, 2024. The Toshakhana records from 1997 to 2001 have also been released.
