LPG was being sold at Rs. 120 to 130 per kg but now the price of LPG is skyrocketing

Quetta: As cold weather intensified across the country, the average domestic price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) registered a record high, from Rs 70 per kg to Rs 230 per kg, hitting rural and urban populations hard, particularly those living in remote hilly areas.
The price of LPG in Quetta has gone up by Rs 70 to Rs 230 per kg. Last winter LPG was being sold at Rs. 120 to 130 per kg but now the price of LPG is skyrocketing.
On the other hand, unannounced load shedding of gas in Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has increased the problems of domestic consumers while the prices of LPG and timber have also gone up in different cities.
In some areas gas supply is completely suspended while in some areas gas pressure is coming to zero.
The price of LPG has also gone up in Gilgit-Baltistan and a domestic cylinder which was Rs 1700 a few days ago is now being sold at Rs 3000.
