Major decision regarding acquisition of land records in Punjab
New reforms in land records services delivery have been introduced in view of public convenience
Lahore: Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) has provided universal access of computerized records to all Arazi Record Centers (ARCs) across Punjab.
According to the details garnered, the PLRA took a major decision regarding acquisition of land records in Punjab.
The PLRA spokesperson also said that new reforms in land records services delivery have been introduced in view of public convenience. “Universal access to computerized records has been provided to all the ARCs across the province,” it added.
“All Arazi Record Centers have been authorized to issue fard and enter mutation of any area across Punjab. Thanks to universal access, landowners living far away from their area will not be required to visit the center of the tehsil concerned, but for the owners of land, it has been made possible to obtain land record services of any tehsil from any other tehsil of Punjab,” the spokesperson mentioned.
The PRLA spokesperson further said that the Public is being facilitated by this initiative of getting fard of any area issued and enter mutation of a particular tehsil from anywhere across Punjab.
