He also thanked the ‘friends of Pakistan’ for helping the country out in the tough times.

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday announced that they would hand over the responsibilities to the interim government in August.
He stated in a speech to the public that they sacrificed their political capital to safeguard the nation.
Shehbaz pointed out that their coalition government is unique in that it was established for the shortest period of time ever in the history of the nation.
However, he asked youth to take the lead in guiding Pakistan out of difficulties and ending its reliance on "loans" in order to do so.
He emphasized that the nation must learn to rely on itself rather than other countries for assistance. The premier said that a new arrangement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) had helped them escape the possibility of default.
He claimed that those who wanted the nation to go into default had met their demise.
PM Shehbaz said that Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) would prove to be a harbinger of economic development as he stressed for an ‘economic charter’.
He also thanked the ‘friends of Pakistan’ for helping the country out in the tough times.
In addition to that, he also commended the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Asim Munir, and the Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto, for their dedicated efforts in restoring Pakistan’s reputation and standing in the global arena.
Their commitment and strategic initiatives have played a vital role in enhancing Pakistan’s image on the international stage, he said.
