Five robbers were killed in the exchange of fire and weapons and other items were also recovered


Karachi: Five robbers were killed during a police encounter in Manghopir area of Karachi.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) West Tariq Mastoi said that a search operation was conducted in Khairabad area of Manghopir, at the same time there was a report of robbers on two motorcycles. During the blockade of the area, there was an exchange of fire with the robbers.
He stated that five robbers were killed in the exchange of fire and weapons and other items were also recovered from their possession.
SSP West added that the residents of the area had been worried about the gang of robbers for several days. An operation was conducted together with the residents of the area, when the robbers entered the area of Khairabad, the police surrounded them.
