Magnitude 3.7 quake jolts Balochistan
No casualties have been reported so far.
Quetta: An earthquake of magnitude 3.7 on Richter scale jolted several cities of Balochistan including Harnai and Kharan on Thursday.
According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre (NSMC), the epicenter of the quake was near Kharan with the depth of 20 kilometers.
The reported longitude was of 28.25 East and latitude of 28.25 North.
Panic arose among citizens due to the jolts, prompting them to quickly vacate their homes and offices and stand under the open skies to wait out the episode.
No casualties have been reported so far.
