Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to challenge Islamabad High Court’s order in Tosha Khana Case in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, the lawyer of PTI chairman Imran Khan, said that they have concerns that Islamabad High Court (IHC) sent their case back to the same judge who previously gave a verdict against them.

The lawyer stated that he will appeal to the Supreme Court (SC) against the decision of the Islamabad High Court.

He said that if the session judge reserves his decision in the Tosha Khana case, it will not be in accordance with the law.

He also stated that if the court declares the case admissible, we will not be in a position to make final arguments.

Yesterday, Islamabad High Court rejected the request of PTI’s Chairman to transfer the Tosha Khana case to another court.

On the other hand, Session Court’s decision to declare the case as criminal proceedings was also nullified.

In this regard, PTI Information Secretary Rauf Hasan said that IHC has expressed disbelief in Judge Dilawar's decisions; it is a strong impression of bias towards Judge Humayun Dilawar.
