Court sends Fawad Chaudhry’s plea to bench
The court said that Fawad can approach the two-member bench today (Wednesday).
Lahore: The Lahore high court’s (LHC) chief justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed Khan has sent the former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’s plea to extend the security bail of two-member bench.
According to the details, chief justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed Khan heard the case. Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court along with his wife Hiba Fawad.
It is stated in the plea that LHC had approved the security bail in 36 cases of the applicant. The court ordered to extend the interim bails in all cases.
Chief justice Malik sent the case file to two-member bench headed by the justice Aaliyah Neelam. The court said that Fawad can approach the two-member bench today (Wednesday).
