ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on Friday said the people of Indian held Kashmir would get red rid of atrocities soon and would decide their fate themselves. The minister said the Kashmiri people are sacrificing for freedom and time will come when they would get independence.

He said Pakistanis are zealously expressing solidarity with the innocent Kashmiris and are united on the issue.
There would be instability in the region if the fascist India didn't stopped from committing atrocities against Kashmiris and other minorities, he hinted. He demanded the international community to take practical steps and stop human rights violations in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir IIOJK)

The Minister also said that opposition mocks PM of taking U-turns, however PDM (Pakistan Democratic Movement) leaders themselves are habitual of making big U-turns.
While inviting PDM for negotiations he warned opposition leadership, Why you are doing long-march on March 26, don't waste time and come a month earlier on February 26. As Interior Minister, I will do my best not to put any obstacles in your way and will welcome you, but if you dared to take the law into your own hands, I will treat you in a way that history will remember.”
He said that if the cases against the former President Asif Zardari are shifted to Karachi Courts then he cannot be testified because when Mr Zardari was in Karachi jail he had created a network of mugger.
He claimed that the PDM alliance will be ruined only if the government allows Maryam Nawaz to fly abroad as is father had already ran-away.
