Court acquits main accused of Karsaz accident case
This development came after the family of the deceased submitted a reconciliation letter


Karachi: The Additional District and Sessions Judge Karachi East acquitted the main accused Natasha in the Karsaz traffic accident case.
According to the details, this development came after the family of the deceased submitted a reconciliation letter.
It is pertinent to note that on October 26, in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Karachi East, the families of the victims in the car accident case submitted an affidavit in the court. During the hearing, the main accused Natasha also appeared.
It was said in the affidavit that they forgive Natasha for the sake of Allah.
The court adjourned the hearing till October 31, making the affidavits part of the record.
On September 30, the Sindh High Court (SHC) granted bail to Natasha, the accused in the car accident, in the drug case against Rs1 million.
Earlier, on September 6, a local court in Karachi had granted bail to Natasha on Rs100,000 in the main case.
On the same day, an agreement was reached between the main accused of the Karsaz accident case, Natasha Danish, and the families of the two deceased persons.
