In a move that could lead to another blow to the pockets of electricity consumers, the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has filed a request for a hike in the monthly fuel price adjustment.
The request seeks an increase of Rs. 2.07 per unit, which could potentially impose an additional burden of Rs. 35 billion on consumers.
