Court cancels arrest warrant of Hassan, Hussain Nawaz
The court had termed them as a proclaim offender earlier seven years ago.
Islamabad: The accountability court of Islamabad has canceled the temporary arrest warrants of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s sons Hassan and Hussain Nawaz.
According to the details, judge Nasir Rana Javed heard the case against Hassan and Hussain Nawaz regarding these references Al-Azizia, Flag-ship and Avenfield house.
Assistant lawyer informed the court that Hassan and Hussain Nawaz's lawyer Misbah is busy in another court and that's why they will be appeared in the court till 12pm.
Judge Nasir stated that the court has reliefed to Hassan and Hussain Nawaz till today (Thursday) so they have to surrender before the court.
The court postponed the case till the appearance of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz in the court.
It should be noted that Hassan and Hussain Nawaz had arrived to Pakistan on March 12 after seven years. The court had termed them as a proclaim offender earlier seven years ago.
