Islamabad: Special judge centeral Islamabad approved the bail plea of journalist Asad Toor.
According to the details, the court approved the bail plea amid transit guarantee of 5,000Rs and ordered to release Asad Toor. A case heard of Asad Toor's plea in centeral court today (Saturday).
However, the Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) prosecutor did not interfere in the bail plea of Asad Toor. The Islamabad High Court (IHC) had termed the issued notices to Asad Toor as illegal.
IHC issued a written decree of the Asad Toor’s plea against the notices of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Chief justice Aamir Farooq issued the written verdict of seven pages.
It is stated in the written verdict that the law issued against notices and then the first initiative report filed after that concerned forms can be approached.
Court said that there is no jurisdiction of notice by itself that is why the court cannot issue the verdict to release Asad Toor. Only notifications were challenged that is why the court disposed of the plea with observation.
