Karachi: Sindh high court (SHC) has barred police to arrest former federal minister Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi including family.
According to the details, SHC heard the plea of Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi. The court also barred to harass Ghulam Murtaza and his family.
SHC sought response from inspector general Sindh, district inspector general and senior superintendent of police on next hearing.
However, the court barred the police to file a case against Ghulam Murtaza and his family and stated that without informing the court the case cannot be filed against him.
