Islamabad: The district and session court’s judge Tahir Abbas Sipra has issued production orders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
According to the details, the production’s plea had filed by the lawyers of PTI’s founder Imran Khan in court. PTI’s lawyers appeared in the court.
Court ordered to superintendent Adiala jail to present Imran Khan in court on April 4.
Earlier, the court postponed the hearing till April 4 of fake receipts’ case against Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan.
Despite the court order the attendance of Imran Khan could not marked through video link.
The officials of Adiala jail submitted the technical report and written response on the notice of contempt of court in court.
It is stated in the report that due to the server down the video link attendance of PTI’s founder Imran Khan could not be possible.
Superintendent Adiala jail told that the similar case is also under proceeding in Islamabad high court.
In spite of the court order deputy superintendent Adiala jail could not appeared in court in person.
However, the court adjourned the hearing on bails of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till April 4.
