Islamabad: It has been proposed to increase the regulatory duty on used vehicles in Pakistan due to which imported used vehicles are expected to become more expensive.
According to the details, a 30 percent increase in regulatory duty is expected on vehicles larger than 1800cc, while the duty on larger vehicles is likely to be increased from 70 to 100 percent.
A 15 percent duty has been proposed on used vehicles up to 1800cc.
It is also reported that zero duty will be maintained on new and old hybrid vehicles up to 1800cc.
