Rain, snowfall forecast for several parts of country

Islamabad: The Meteorological Department has predicted rains in various parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, rain and snowfall in the mountains are likely to occur at most places in Islamabad, upper and central Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.

Heavy rain and snowfall in the mountains are expected at some places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northeastern Punjab, while hail is also likely at a few places.

Apart from this, the weather in other parts of the country is expected to be partly cloudy.
