Hearing on plea of registered case against Rana Sana Ullah
Later then the judge Tahir Abbas postponed the hearing till April 5.
Islamabad: The district and session court Islamabad’s judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard on plea of registered case against former federal minister Rana Sana Ullah.
According to the details, applicant Naeem Panjutha’s lawyer Rizwan Kiyani appeared in court. Rana Sana Ullah had threatened Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan in a show. From police side no one came today (Wednesday).
Judge stated that police raised objection on jurisdiction because in accordance with police this is a federal investigation agency’s (FIA) case.
Naeem Panjutha said that he asked from police to refer this case to FIA. Police said that once the order will come from higher authorities then they will see the application.
He also said that Rana Sana continuously threatened Imran Khan on sitting media. The model town incident happened. The committee which was made for that matter had provided no result of it. Rana Sana is involved in different murder incidents.
Naeem raised concerns regarding the food of Bushra Bibi which was poisoned amid having drops of toilet cleaner.
Judge inquired that did Islamabad high court (IHC) give any verdict related to the video link attendance of PTI’s founder.
Naeem Panjutha replied that how come the verdict will be given because the judges are being threatened.
Later then the judge Tahir Abbas postponed the hearing till April 5 and added that court will see the plea and then pronounce a verdict in that matter.
